The Mparntwe Alice Springs International Film Festival (MASIFF) returns for its second year from 10–19 October 2025.

MASIFF is where global and local stories meet. We create unique film experiences that amplify Central Australian voices and celebrate diverse perspectives, building connection, understanding and compassion. 

Presented by Red Hot Arts and proudly supported by the Darwin International Film Festival (DIFF) and the Darwin Film Society, MASIFF is a platform for cinematic storytelling that connects community, culture, and creativity.

From thought-provoking documentaries to captivating features and shorts, the festival is a journey into fresh ways of seeing the world. Whether you’re a filmmaker, a film lover, or simply curious, MASIFF creates space for audiences and artists to come together, sparking conversations and connections through cinema.
